Here's how to embed a routing form on your website in Calendly

  1. Access the Routing Section

Begin by logging into your Calendly account. On the left-hand sidebar, locate and click on the "Routing" option to view your existing routing forms.

  2. Select and Share Your Form

From the list of routing forms, identify the one you want to embed. Click the "Share" button corresponding to that specific form to open the sharing options.

  3. Choose Website Embedding

In the pop-up dialog that appears, switch from "Share a link" to the "Add to website" tab. This will present you with options for embedding the form directly onto your site.

  4. Select Embed Type

Choose how you want the routing form to appear on your website. Options typically include "Inline embed," "Popup widget," or "Popup text." After making your selection, click "Continue."

  5. Customize Form Appearance

Before generating the code, you can customize various settings for your embedded form. Adjust elements like the background color, text color, and button color to match your website's design.

  6. Copy the Embed Code

Once you are satisfied with the customization, click the "Copy Code" button. This action will copy the complete HTML embed code to your clipboard, ready for use.

  7. Integrate into Your Website

Finally, navigate to your website's HTML editor or content management system. Paste the copied embed code into the specific section of your webpage where you want the Calendly routing form to be displayed.
