Here's how to add an internal note to an event type in Calendly
- Navigate to Event Types
To begin, access your event configurations by clicking on 'Event types' located in the left-hand navigation sidebar. This will display all your scheduled event types.
- Select an Event Type
On the 'Event types' page, identify the specific event card for which you want to add an internal note. For instance, locate the 'Daily Workflow Review' event card.
- Access Event Settings
Once you've found the desired event type, click the gear icon, which represents the settings, positioned in the top-right corner of that event card.
- Choose Add Internal Note
A dropdown menu will appear after clicking the settings icon. From this menu, select the 'Add Internal Note' option to proceed with adding your private note.
- Enter and Save Your Note
A modal will prompt you to enter your note. Type the relevant information into the text field. After composing your note, click the 'Apply' button to save it.
- Confirm Note Display
Finally, return to the 'Event types' page and confirm that your newly added internal note is visible directly below the event type's title on its respective card.
