Here's how to add a background color to a text block in Zoom

  1. Navigate to Zoom Docs

    In the Zoom Docs interface, locate and click on the document that contains the text block you wish to modify.

  3. Select the Text Block

    Once inside the document, click directly on the text block to select it. A formatting toolbar will appear above the selected text.
