- Access Zoom Docs
Begin by navigating to your Zoom account dashboard. On the left-hand side, locate and click the "Docs" option to enter the Zoom Docs interface.
- Open Your Document
Once in Zoom Docs, you will see a list of your recent documents. Click on the specific document where you intend to add an audio file.
- Initiate Content Addition
Inside your chosen document, look for the plus (+) icon, typically found at the bottom left of the content area. Click this icon to open the content insertion menu.
- Select Audio Block
From the menu that appears, scroll down or look for the "Media" section and select the "Audio" option. This action prepares an audio block within your document.
