Here's how to add an emoji reaction to a chat message in Zoom
- Open the Chat Panel
To begin, click the "Chat" button located in the control bar at the bottom of your Zoom meeting window. This action will open the chat panel on the right side of your screen.
- Locate the Message
Once the chat panel is open, scroll through the messages to find the specific one you want to add an emoji reaction to. Ensure the message is clearly visible.
- Access Reaction Options
Hover your mouse cursor directly over the chat message you've chosen. An emoji icon will appear next to the message. Click this icon to proceed.
- Select an Emoji
A pop-up window displaying a variety of emojis will appear. Browse through the options and click on the emoji that best expresses your reaction to the message.
- Confirm Reaction
After selecting an emoji, it will instantly appear as a reaction directly below the chat message. This reaction is visible to all participants in the meeting chat.
