Here's how to add a "mark conversation as closed" action in Manychat

  1. Access Automations

    Navigate to the "Automation" section in your Manychat dashboard. This area allows you to create and manage all your automated message flows and sequences.

  2. Select an Automation

    Choose an existing automation from your list to edit its workflow. This will open the flow builder where you can add or modify steps.

  3. Add a New Action Block

    In the flow builder, click the blue plus (+) button to add a new step. Then, scroll down the menu and select "Actions" under the "Logic" section, and click "+ Action" in the panel.

  4. Choose Live Chat Category

    From the "Perform next actions..." pop-up menu, click "Live Chat" from the categories on the left. This filters the available actions to those related to live chat management.

  5. Mark Conversation as Closed

    Finally, select the "Mark conversation as Closed" option from the list of Live Chat actions. This action will now be part of your automation flow, closing conversations automatically.
