Here's how to add a gallery content block in Manychat
- Access the Automation Section
To begin, navigate to the main dashboard and click on the 'Automation' option located in the left sidebar. This will take you to a list of your existing automation flows.
- Select an Automation to Edit
From the list of automations, click on the specific automation you wish to modify. This action will open the flow builder for that automation.
- Open the Content Block Editor
Within the automation flow builder, click on an existing 'Send Message' content block. This will open a sidebar editor where you can add or modify content elements.
- Reveal More Content Options
In the content block editor sidebar, scroll down until you see the 'More' option. Click on 'More' to expand the list of available content block types.
- Add the Gallery Content Block
From the expanded list of content options, click on 'Gallery'. A new gallery content block will be added to your automation flow, ready for you to upload images and add details.
