Here's how to add an image content block in Manychat
- Navigate to Automations
From your Manychat dashboard, locate and click on the "Automation" option in the left-hand sidebar. This will take you to your list of existing automation flows.
- Open an Existing Automation
On the "My Automations" page, select the specific automation where you wish to add an image. Click on its name to open the automation builder.
- Access the Message Editor
Within the automation builder, click on the "Send Message" content block. This action will open the message editor panel on the left side of your screen.
- Add an Image Content Block
Scroll down in the message editor to find the "Add one of the content blocks" section. Click on the "Image" option to insert a new image block.
- Upload or Insert Your Image
A new image block will appear. Click the "Upload image or insert URL" button. You can then choose to upload an image from your device or paste an image URL.
- Verify Image Addition
Once uploaded or inserted, your image will be displayed within the content block in the message editor and also in the automation flow preview on the right.
