- Navigate to Automations
Begin by logging into your Manychat account. On the main dashboard, locate and click the "Automation" option in the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to your list of existing automation flows.
- Open an Existing Automation
From the list of automations, select the specific automation flow where you want to add the 'Delete Contact' action. Clicking on an automation will open its visual flow builder.
- Add a New Action Block
