Here's how to add an assign conversation action in Manychat
- Navigate to Automations
To begin, access your Manychat dashboard and locate the 'Automation' option in the left-hand sidebar. Clicking this will take you to your list of existing automation flows.
- Open an Existing Automation
From the list of automations, select the specific automation flow you wish to modify or add an action to. This will open the visual flow editor for that automation.
- Add a New Action Block
In the automation flow editor, click the blue '+' button, typically found on the right side of the screen, to add a new action block to your workflow. Then, in the menu that appears, scroll down and click 'Actions' under the 'Logic' section.
- Select '+ Action'
Within the newly opened Actions configuration panel, click the '+ Action' button. This will prompt a dialog box where you can choose the type of action you want to add.
- Choose 'Assign Conversation'
In the 'Perform next actions...' dialog, navigate to the 'Live Chat' category on the left. From the available options, select 'Assign conversation' to add this specific action to your automation flow.
- Assign a Team Member or Group
