  1. Select the image or shape that will serve as your mask and position it above the layer you want to mask.
  2. Hold Shift and click to select both the mask layer and the target layer you want to mask.
  3. Navigate to the Design panel located on the right side of your Figma interface.
  4. Click the three-dot menu icon (More Options) within the Design panel.
  5. Select 'Use as Mask' from the dropdown menu to apply the masking effect to your selected layers.
