Here's how to add a message to an announcement banner in Confluence

  1. Access Confluence Administration

    To begin, navigate to your Confluence administration settings. This is typically done by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of your Confluence interface.

  2. Navigate to Announcements

    Once in the administration area, locate the left sidebar. Under the 'Admin tools' section, click on 'Announcements' to manage your site-wide banners.
