- Access Your Shared View
First, navigate to your Airtable base and open the specific table that contains the shared view you wish to protect. Then, from the view sidebar, select the shared view.
- Open Share and Sync Options
Locate and click the "Share and sync" button in the top right corner of your Airtable interface. This action will open a dropdown menu with various sharing options.
- Go to Link Settings
From the "Share and sync" dropdown menu, select the "Link settings" option. This will open a dialog box where you can configure various aspects of your shared view link.
- Enable Password Protection
Within the "Link settings" dialog, find the option labeled "Restrict access with a password" and toggle it on. This action will prompt you to set a password.
