- Access Your Airtable Base
Begin by logging into Airtable and opening the specific base where you intend to add the Countdown extension. This ensures the extension is installed in the correct workspace.
- Open the Extensions Panel
Navigate to the top right corner of your base and click on the "Tools" dropdown menu. From the options that appear, select "Extensions" to open the extensions management panel.
- Add a New Extension
Within the Extensions panel, locate and click the "Add an extension" button. This action will open the Airtable Marketplace, where you can browse and add various extensions.
- Search for the Countdown Extension
In the Marketplace, use the search bar to find the "Countdown" extension. Once it appears in the search results, click the "Add" button next to its listing.
- Select Dashboard and Confirm
A pop-up will ask you to choose a dashboard for the extension. Click the dropdown menu to select an existing dashboard or create a new one, then click "Add extension" to finalize.
- Verify Installation
After confirmation, the Countdown extension will be successfully added to your selected dashboard. Its settings panel will automatically open, allowing you to configure the countdown timer.
