Here's how to prevent multiple responses to a survey in SurveyMonkey

  1. Select Your Survey

From your SurveyMonkey dashboard, click on the title of the survey you want to configure to proceed to its summary page.

  2. Choose a Collector

On the survey's summary page, find the 'Collectors' section. Click on the specific collector link for which you intend to modify the response settings.

  3. Access Response Settings

Scroll down the collector details page until you locate the 'Multiple responses' setting. Click on this option to reveal the available choices.

  4. Disable Multiple Submissions

To restrict respondents to a single entry, select the 'Off, only allow the survey to be taken once from the same device' option.

  5. Confirm Changes

After making your selection, a green banner displaying 'Your changes have been saved' will briefly appear at the top right of your screen, confirming the update.

Your turn to show how it works.
