Here's how to add a question to a survey in SurveyMonkey

  1. Select Your Survey

    From your SurveyMonkey dashboard, locate and select the survey you want to modify. Click "Edit survey" next to its name to open it.

  2. Navigate to Design Survey

    Once your survey is open, click the "DESIGN SURVEY" tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the survey builder interface.

  3. Add a New Question Block

    Scroll to the section of your survey where you wish to add a new question. Click the green "+ New question" button to insert a new question block.

  4. Enter Question Text

    A new question field will appear. Type your question into the "Enter your question" text box. This is where you formulate what you want to ask your respondents.

  5. Choose Question Type

    Next, select the appropriate question type from the dropdown menu. Options typically include Multiple Choice, Rating Scale, Dropdown, and more, allowing you to customize how respondents answer.

  6. Save Your Question
