Here's how to add an email signature in Salesforce

  1. Access Your Profile Settings

    Begin by clicking the profile icon located in the top-right corner of your Salesforce interface. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the "Settings" option to navigate to your personal settings.

  2. Navigate to Email Settings

    In the left-hand sidebar of your settings page, locate and click on the "Email" section to expand it. Once expanded, click on the "My Email Settings" option to proceed.

  3. Enter Your Email Signature

    On the "My Email Settings" page, find the "Email Signature" text area. Type or paste your desired email signature into this field. Be mindful of the character limit, which is 1333 characters.

  4. Choose an Email Composer

    Below the signature field, you will find options for your email composer. Select whether you prefer to use the "Salesforce Email Composer" or your "Default Email Application" when sending emails.

  5. Save Your Changes

    After entering your signature and selecting your email composer, click the "Save" button. This action will apply all your new email signature and composer preferences.
