- Navigate to Automations
Click "Automations" in the left sidebar menu to access your automation flows.
- Select an Automation
On the Automation flows page, click "Finish Setup" next to the automation you wish to modify.
- Choose Group Action
In the automation builder, locate the "Actions" section in the left panel and click "Group/Ungroup".
- Add Step to Flow
Click the "Add a step" box within your automation flow diagram to insert the selected group action.
- Configure Group
In the "Group/Ungroup" modal, click the "Group" dropdown and select the desired contact group.
- Define Action
