This guide will show you how to locate and view your archived contacts within Mailchimp. Archived contacts are those you've removed from your active audience but wish to retain for record-keeping.

Here's how to access archived contacts in Mailchimp
- Navigate to Your Audience
From your Mailchimp dashboard, locate and click on the Audience option in the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to your main contacts page.
- Open More Options
On the Contacts page, find and click the More options dropdown button. This button is typically located near the top right of your contact list.
- Select Archived Contacts
From the More options dropdown menu, choose Archived contacts. This action will filter your view to display only the contacts you have previously archived.
- Review Archived Contacts
Once you select 'Archived contacts', the page will display a list of all your archived contacts. You can review their details and status on this page.
- Exit Archive View
After reviewing your archived contacts, click the Exit archive button. This will take you back to your regular, active contacts list.
