Here's how to add a section to a page in Webflow

  1. Open the Elements Panel

To begin, click the "Add Elements" button, which is a plus icon located in the left sidebar of your Webflow interface. This action will open a panel that displays all available elements you can add to your page.

  2. Locate the Section Element

Within the "Add" panel that just opened, navigate to or scroll down to the "Structure" category. Here, you will find the "Section" element, which is used for organizing content.

  3. Add Section to Canvas

Drag the "Section" element from the "Structure" category in the elements panel and drop it onto your design canvas. You can place it at the desired position on your page.

  4. Verify Section Placement

After successfully dropping the element, a new section will appear on your page. It is typically added at the bottom of the existing content and will be highlighted with a blue outline when selected.

  5. Configure Section Settings

To customize the new section, click on it directly on the canvas. This will open its properties and settings in the right sidebar, allowing you to adjust options like ID, Tag, Visibility, and more.

Your turn to show how it works.
