Here's how to add a disqualification page in SurveyMonkey
- Access Survey Settings
From your SurveyMonkey dashboard, locate the survey you wish to modify. Click the three-dots menu next to its name, then select "Edit survey" from the options to enter the survey editor.
- Select Question for Logic
In the survey editor, navigate to the "Design Survey" section. Identify and click on the specific question where you want to implement disqualification logic.
- Open Logic Settings
Once the question is selected, click on the "Logic" tab within the question settings. This tab allows you to define conditional behaviors for responses.
- Define Disqualification Condition
For the answer choice that should disqualify respondents, click the dropdown menu labeled "-- Choose Page --" under the "Then skip to..." column.
- Assign Disqualification Page
From the list of available pages in the dropdown menu, select "Disqualification Page." This action will redirect respondents who choose this answer to the designated disqualification page.
- Save Logic Changes
After configuring the disqualification logic for your chosen answer, click the "Save" button to apply these changes to your survey.
- Preview and Verify
To ensure the disqualification logic works as intended, click "Preview survey." In the preview, you should see a "Disqualify" label next to the answer choice you configured, indicating it's active.
