Here's how to add a company logo in Salesforce
- Access the Setup Menu
Begin by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Salesforce Lightning interface. From the dropdown menu that appears, select 'Setup' to access the administrative settings.
- Navigate to Themes and Branding
Once in the Setup area, locate the left sidebar menu. Scroll down and click on 'User Interface' to expand its options, then click 'Themes and Branding' to manage your organization's visual themes.
- Create a New Theme
On the 'Themes and Branding' page, click the 'New Theme' button. This will open a form where you can define the details for your custom theme. Enter a descriptive name for your theme in the 'Theme Name' field.
- Upload Your Company Logo
In the 'Branding' section of the new theme form, click the 'Brand Image' area. This action will prompt you to upload your company logo. After selecting and uploading your image, click 'Save' in the 'Update Photo' dialog.
- Configure Logo Display and Save
You can choose to display your brand image on the Lightning Experience loading page by checking the corresponding box. Once all settings are configured, click the main 'Save' button at the bottom of the theme form.
- Activate the New Theme
After saving your custom theme, you will be returned to the theme details page. To make your new theme active across your Salesforce Lightning environment, click the 'Activate' button.
