Here's how to access the recycle bin in Salesforce

  1. Open the App Launcher

    To begin, navigate to the top-left corner of your Salesforce interface and click on the App Launcher icon. This will open a menu with various applications and items.

  2. Search for 'Recycle Bin'

    Once the App Launcher menu is open, locate the search field. Type 'Recycle' into this field to filter the available applications and items.

  3. Select Recycle Bin

    From the filtered search results, click on the 'Recycle Bin' option. This action will direct you to the Recycle Bin page.

  4. Review Deleted Items

    On the Recycle Bin page, you will see a list of all your recently deleted items. Each entry shows the record name, type, who deleted it, and the deletion date.

  5. Manage Deleted Items

    You can manage the items in your Recycle Bin using the available buttons. Options include 'Restore' to recover items, 'Delete' to permanently remove selected items, or 'Empty Org Recycle Bin' to clear all items.
