Here's how to create a schedule in Notion

  1. Start by creating a new page and add a title for your schedule.
  2. Type /calendar to insert a calendar view onto your page.
  3. Click the three dots menu and select which database to connect your calendar with.
  4. Hover over any date where you want to add a schedule and click the (+) icon that appears.
  5. Add a title for your scheduled item and start typing your content.
  6. Insert to-do lists by typing /todo to organize your schedule items effectively.
  7. Type the @ symbol to access additional options for your schedule entry.
  8. Continue typing after @ and select the timestamp suggestion that appears to set specific times.
  9. Click on the newly created timestamp to open its configuration options.
  10. Enable a reminder for this scheduled item using the popup menu.
  11. Select when you want the reminder notification to trigger.
  12. Click outside the menu to save your reminder settings.
  13. Add more scheduled items by repeating the process for other tasks.
  14. Click outside the schedule area to finish editing.
  15. Your Notion calendar is now ready with custom schedules, timestamps, and reminder notifications.
