Here's how to add a file via url in Miro
- Access the Upload Menu
To begin, locate and click the 'Upload' icon in the left sidebar. If it's not immediately visible, click the '+' icon at the bottom of the sidebar to reveal more options, then search for and select 'Upload'.
- Select Upload via URL
Once the upload menu is open, find and click the 'Upload via url' option. This will open a new dialog box where you can input your link.
- Enter the File URL
In the provided input field, paste the direct URL link to the file you wish to add. Ensure the URL points directly to the content, such as a YouTube video or a document.
- Confirm the Upload
After pasting the URL, click the 'Ok' button to initiate the upload process. Miro will then attempt to fetch and embed the content from the provided link.
