Here's how to add emojis to a document in Linear
- Navigate to Projects
First, open Linear and locate the "Projects" option in the left-hand navigation sidebar. Click on it to access your list of projects.
- Select a Project
From the list of projects displayed, click on the name of the specific project that contains the document you wish to edit.
- Open a Document
Once inside the project overview, find and click on the document resource link to open the document where you intend to add an emoji.
- Initiate Emoji Input
Click anywhere on the document canvas to place your cursor. To bring up the emoji selector, type a colon ":" followed by the name of the emoji you want to use.
- Choose and Insert Emoji
A dropdown menu will appear with emoji suggestions. Click on your preferred emoji from this list to insert it directly into your document.
