Here's how to add a subfolder to a campaign folder in Constant Contact

  1. Access Campaigns

    Begin by navigating to the 'Campaigns' section. This is typically found in the left-hand navigation sidebar of your Constant Contact dashboard, providing access to all your marketing campaigns.

  2. Open Folder Management

    From the 'Campaigns' page, click on the 'Folders' dropdown menu. Then, select the 'Manage folders' option to open the dedicated folder management window.

  3. Select Parent Folder

    In the 'Manage folders' window, locate the existing folder that you wish to use as the parent for your new subfolder. Click the 'More options' (three dots) icon next to its name.

  4. Initiate Subfolder Creation

    A context menu will appear after clicking the 'More options' icon. From this menu, choose the 'Add a folder' option to proceed with creating a new subfolder.

  5. Name and Create Subfolder

    A 'New folder' dialog will open. Enter a clear and descriptive name for your subfolder in the provided 'Folder name' field. Once named, click the 'Add' button.

  6. Confirm Creation

    After clicking 'Add', a success message banner will appear at the top of the 'Manage folders' window, confirming your subfolder has been created. Click this banner to dismiss it.
