Here's how to view unsubscribe details for an email campaign in Brevo
- Navigate to Campaigns
From your Brevo dashboard, locate and click the "Campaigns" option in the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to a list of your email campaigns.
- Open a Campaign Report
On the Campaigns page, find the specific email campaign you wish to analyze. Click the "Report" icon (looks like a bar chart) associated with that campaign to view its performance details.
- Access Unsubscribe Details
Within the campaign report, you will see several tabs. Click the "Unsubscribes" tab to view specific data related to recipients who have unsubscribed from this campaign.
- Review Unsubscribe Overview
The Unsubscribes tab displays key metrics such as the total number of unsubscribes, the unsubscribe rate, spam complaints, and the spam complaint rate for the selected campaign.
- Examine Unsubscribe Breakdown
